A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The Board will consider the following agenda items:
- Review and approval of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026
- Review and approval of the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026
- Declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2027
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons remains closed as previously communicated via letter dated September 29, 2026. The closure period is from September 30, 2026 (Wednesday) to October 30, 2026 (Friday), both days inclusive.
This trading window closure is in compliance with the Code of Conduct for Designated Persons of the Company framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will reopen 48 hours (two working days) after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
