The Board will consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities (Standalone and Consolidated) and the Cash Flow Statement (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the Second Quarter (Q-2) and Half Year (H-1) ended 30th September, 2026.
In continuation of the company's letter dated 18th September, 2026 regarding closure of trading window, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed until 15th November, 2026 (inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives). This closure is pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
