Corporate Calendar & Dividend Information

Auditor Review
M/S. Kapoor Tandon & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg. No. 000952C), the Statutory Auditors, issued Limited Review Reports with unmodified/unqualified opinions on both the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The review was conducted pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The consolidated results include the results of nine subsidiaries. The interim financial results of four subsidiaries (including one step-down subsidiary) were not reviewed by the auditors as they were not material to the Group. These subsidiaries reflected total revenue of ₹ nil, total net loss after tax of ₹ nil, and total comprehensive income of ₹ nil for the quarter.
Notes to Financial Results
1. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on August 10, 2026.
2. Prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).
3. The company is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of leather and leather products, with no separate reportable segments as per IndAS 108.
