Strategic Developments
Suraksha Genomics Launch: Eastern India's first comprehensive genomic laboratory with capabilities in cytogenetics, microarray, PCR and next-generation sequencing. Introduced Genexus platform reducing oncology testing turnaround from 14-21 days to 48-72 hours.
Acquisition of Fetomat Wellness: Acquired 63% stake for ₹4.60 crores, strengthening capabilities in foetal medicine, prenatal diagnostics, women's imaging and genetic counseling, resulting in goodwill recognition of ₹3.88 crores.
Network Expansion: Added 2 hub centers, 11 spoke centers and 3 PPP centers taking total to 68 centers. Operates 8 laboratories including CAP-accredited central reference laboratory and 4 NABL-accredited labs.
Capital Expenditure: Significant investments of ₹50.79 crores in property, plant and equipment, with gross block reaching ₹236.06 crores and net block at ₹168.53 crores.
Technology Investments: Deployed AI-enabled radiology and digital pathology capabilities, next-generation 1.5T helium-free MRI technology at Calcutta Medical College.
Dividend Declaration
Board recommended final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (25% on face value of ₹2 each) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at AGM.
