Approved and taken on record the application submitted under Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy (HILTP) for conversion of industrial land to multi-use development for land bearing Survey Nos. 212/2 to 212/4, admeasuring 14,671 square yards (12,267.99 square metres) situated at Phase-II, I.D.A. Cherlapally, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. 10% of conversion fees already paid, balance to be paid by applicant.
