Legal Matter

The Appeal by the Government of Karnataka in the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in respect of company's case for additional compensation pertaining to the compulsory acquisition of land was disposed off by the Hon'ble High Court in favour of the company.

Auditor Review

The financial results have been reviewed by M/s. Senthil Kumar & Sundararajan, Chartered Accountants, who issued an unmodified review conclusion stating that nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the financial results contain any material misstatement.
