  • Profit After Tax: ₹24.85 crore (vs. ₹15.75 crore in Q1 FY2025-26, growth of approximately 58%)

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. This is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
