Synergy Green FY26 Revenue Up 3.4% to ₹376.4 Crores

Synergy Green disclosed audited FY26 results with total income of ₹376.4 Cr, a 3.34% YoY increase, via a SEBI Reg. 30(12) filing.
PBDIT declined 9.37% to ₹48.67 Cr with margins contracting 170 bps to 13.1% due to expansion costs and input inflation.
The company completed a brownfield foundry expansion to 45,000 TPA and increased captive solar capacity to 10 MW.
Management projects FY27 revenue growth of ~33% surpassing ₹500 Cr and PBDIT margin expansion of over 300 bps.
