- iv. Shareholding pattern pursuant to Regulation 31 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015
- v. Confirmation Certificate in the matter of Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018
Trading Window Status
In terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities remains closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This was previously intimated to Stock Exchanges vide letter dated 25th June, 2026.
