TAJ GVK HOTELS & RESORTS LIMITED has intimated the stock exchanges of an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors.
The meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th November, 2026.
The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and take on record the company's Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Limited Reviewed Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2026.
Concurrently, the company has confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its securities shall remain closed. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code. The trading window will reopen only after the completion of 48 hours following the declaration of the aforementioned financial results.
