Standalone Financial Results Context

Mr. Krishna R Bhupal, Joint Managing Director, stated that the Q1 FY2027 revenue was not comparable to the corresponding period of the previous year (Q1 FY2026). This is because the Company had received a dividend from the JV Company (now a subsidiary) Greenwoods Palaces and Resorts Pvt Ltd in the previous year. Consolidated Financial Results Context

The figures for the previous period are not comparable because they were disclosed under the Equity method of consolidation. The company acquired an additional 2.01% stake in Green Woods on 10th February 2026. Accordingly, the consolidated numbers for the current quarter (Q1 FY2027) are consolidated on a line-by-line basis as per extant INDAS.

Upcoming Project: Taj Yelahanka

The greenfield 256-key 5 Star Luxury project "Taj Yelahanka" located at north Bengaluru is in the stage of handing over of operations and is expected to start commercial operations shortly. The company has received:

  • The Occupancy Certificate (OC) from KIADB
  • The Consent for Operations from Pollution Control Board, Government of Karnataka
  • NOC from Fire Department, Government of Karnataka

Applications for other operational licences are under process.
