Dividend
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share (30% of face value of ₹10) on 5,07,65,040 fully paid-up equity shares for FY 2025-26. The payment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
