In continuation of the earlier intimation dated September 22, 2026, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank remains closed from October 1, 2026, until October 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure applies to all Designated Persons including Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), Designated Employees of the Bank, their relatives, and Connected Persons, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
