Capital Structure Changes

During the year, the Company sub-divided its existing equity shares from face value of ₹10 to ₹5 per share, effective March 9, 2026. The number of shares increased from 99,75,000 to 1,99,50,000, while the total share capital remained unchanged at ₹997.50 Lakhs.

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹4.50 per share totaling ₹897.75 Lakhs for FY 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
