The Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider, approve and take on record the following financial results:
- Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
- Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
- Limited Review Report on the above financial results
The company had previously informed the exchanges about the closure of the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company via letter dated September 26, 2026. The Trading Window closure applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives and is effective from October 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled for November 14, 2026.
