Tata Power reported audited FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹5,117.56 crore and recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share.
The company received an unmodified audit opinion but disclosed a significant arbitration claim of $490.32 million currently under appeal.
Tata Power invested ₹50 crore in a 1,125 MW Bhutan hydro joint venture and recognized a ₹250 crore deferred tax asset on losses.
