Taurian MPS FY27 H1 Results and Capital Raise
Taurian MPS Limited (NSE‑SME: TAURIAN) reported a net profit of ₹7.65 crore for the first half of FY27, more than double the ₹3.67 crore earned in the same period last year. Revenue from operations increased 73.5% to ₹56.01 crore, up from ₹32.29 crore a year earlier. EBITDA rose 82.4% to ₹12.34 crore, expanding the EBITDA margin to 22.03% from 20.95% previously. Net‑profit margin improved to 13.66% versus 11.36%, and earnings per share climbed to ₹8.61 from ₹5.65 year‑on‑year.
In parallel, the company completed a preferential allotment of shares and warrants raising ₹59.97 crore. Promoters contributed ₹20.94 crore and external investors ₹39.03 crore. The proceeds are earmarked as follows: ₹42 crore for working capital, ₹10.22 crore for capital expenditure, and ₹7.75 crore for general corporate purposes.
Managing Director Yashvardhan Sumit Bajla stated that the fundraise resolves a working‑capital bottleneck that had constrained order execution. He added that the additional capital will accelerate inventory and component procurement, shorten execution timelines, and enable the company to handle a larger volume of orders. A portion of the capital will be used to expand manufacturing capacity at the existing Roorkee plant in Haridwar, allowing the firm to better leverage its current infrastructure.
The firm has also strengthened its leadership team, hiring senior professionals with over 20 years of experience in niche industrial segments and appointing regional sales heads for international markets. Bajla emphasized a strategic shift from capability building to growth acceleration, targeting a 45‑50% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in topline revenue over the coming years, driven by rising infrastructure investment and mining activity both in India and abroad.
Beyond its core crushing, screening and mineral‑processing equipment, Taurian is evaluating entry into plastic‑waste processing and sewage‑waste management, citing these as potential future segments.
For the full FY26 year, Taurian reported revenue of ₹99.34 crore and net profit of ₹16.21 crore.
