The quarter’s performance was driven by strong growth across multiple business verticals. Surface Express remained the largest contributor, posting 8.7% YoY growth supported by higher volumes from existing customers, new account additions, and steady demand in key industrial sectors. Domestic Air Express benefited from customer additions, expanded enterprise accounts, broader direct airport delivery coverage, and automation of key processes, with seven new branches opened during the period. International Air Express recorded 27.3% YoY growth, aided by new customer acquisitions, win‑backs, and expanded partnerships with global carriers. Rail Express expanded its footprint with ten new branches, improving pickup density and multimodal connectivity across commercial corridors. C2C Express added sixteen new branches, strengthening regional presence alongside fleet expansion. The standout segment was E‑Commerce Express, which surged 63.0% YoY, becoming the fastest‑growing business line, driven by B2C last‑mile delivery expansion, technology‑enabled operations, and continued network growth.
TCI Express now operates over 1,000 company‑owned branches covering more than 60,000 locations nationwide, having added nine new Surface branches, seven Domestic Air, ten Rail, sixteen C2C, and additional branches across other segments during the quarter. The company maintains a debt‑free balance sheet while investing in technology‑led initiatives, automation, and network expansion to enhance multimodal logistics capabilities.
Looking ahead, TCI Express plans to expand its dedicated Air Express network, establish standalone air cargo hubs, and introduce differentiated service offerings to strengthen its position in time‑sensitive logistics.
