Management Commentary

Ms. Suparna Mitra, Managing Director & CEO, stated: "Our aim is to establish TeamLease as a holistic talent solutions partner for India Inc. with a portfolio where every business adds to the overall margin and completes the solution system to our clients' strategic people needs. While business outcomes in Q2 were below our aspirations, we have made decisive choices: completing the divestment of Crystal HR, with no loss on capital invested, and work towards building higher margin adjacencies. With ₹350 crore of net free cash after our buyback, we are well placed to invest in people, brand, technology and new M&A opportunities. On the performance front, operating EBITDA grew 11% YoY in H1. Specialised Staffing, anchored by more than 130 GCC clients, continues to deliver profitable growth, and overall, we added 114 new logos this quarter."
