Teladoc Q3 2026 Results Overview
Teladoc Health Inc. (NYSE:TDOC) saw its shares jump 9% after reporting third‑quarter 2026 results that beat Wall Street expectations. The company posted a loss of $0.15 per share, outperforming the analyst consensus of $0.22 per share, while revenue reached $605.1 million, surpassing the $588.44 million estimate but representing a 3% year‑over‑year decline from $626.4 million in the comparable quarter last year.
The firm raised its full‑year 2026 guidance, now forecasting a loss of $0.75‑$0.95 per share versus the consensus of $0.79, and projecting revenue of $2.4‑$2.44 billion compared with the $2.42 billion consensus. Adjusted EBITDA increased 14% to $79.4 million from $69.9 million in the prior‑year quarter, exceeding the company’s own guidance range.
Within segments, Integrated Care generated $398.5 million in revenue, up 2% YoY, and delivered an adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.8%. Conversely, the BetterHelp segment recorded revenue of $206.6 million, a 13% YoY decline, as Teladoc shifts focus toward insurance‑covered services and away from direct‑pay users.
Chief Executive Officer Chuck Divita said the results were near the upper end of the consolidated revenue guidance and above the adjusted EBITDA range, reflecting solid execution across both segments. For the fourth quarter of 2026, Teladoc expects revenue of $569 million to $615 million and adjusted EBITDA of $74 million to $100 million.
