Performance Analysis

Revenue Performance:

  • Value-added revenue growth of 18.4% YoY to ₹13,816 million outperformed industry volume growth of 16.2% (Tenneco's served addressable market)
  • Growth driven by new program wins, higher content per vehicle, stable exports, and expanding customer base across both business segments

Margin Analysis:

  • EBITDA margin of 17.9% was maintained despite significant commodity increases due to geopolitical situation and costs of moving from private to listed public company
  • PAT was broadly stable year-on-year; Q1 FY2026 included one-time interest income benefit of approximately ₹187 million (net of tax) related to sale of Motocare entity
  • Excluding this non-recurring item, PAT growth in Q1 FY2027 would have been broadly in line with EBITDA growth
