Guidance and Capital Expenditure
For the third quarter of 2026, the company issued adjusted diluted EPS guidance of $1.70 to $1.80, with a midpoint of $1.75, surpassing the analyst consensus of $1.65. Revenue before fuel surcharge was $1.90 billion, a 6% increase from $1.79 billion in Q2 2025, reflecting contributions from acquisitions and improving market conditions. Full‑year net capital expenditures, excluding real estate, are projected to be between $225 million and $250 million.
