The Board transacted the following business:
1. Financial Results: Considered, approved and taken on record the unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. The Net profit after tax for the quarter was Rs 52.19 lakhs. The detailed results will be shared separately.
2. Internal Auditor Appointment: Considered and appointed an Internal Auditor for the company for the financial year 2026-27.
3. AGM Documentation: Considered and approved the Notice of the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting, Director's Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, Secretarial Audit Report, Corporate Governance Certificate, Non-Disqualification Certificate and all annexures for the Financial Year 2025-26.
4. AGM Date: Considered and approved the date of the 33rd Annual General Meeting as Saturday, 08th August 2026 at 02:30 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company.
5. Book Closure: Considered, approved and fixed the Book Closure dates from 02nd August 2026 to 08th August 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 33rd Annual General Meeting.
6. E-voting Service Provider: Considered and appointed Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt Ltd to handle the E-voting process at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
7. E-voting Period: Considered and approved the e-voting period from 05th August 2026, 09:00 A.M. to 07th August 2026, 5:00 P.M.
8. Scrutinizer Appointment: Considered and appointed M/s. Jignesh Dudhat & Associates (Membership No F11210) as the Scrutinizer of the Company for handling the voting process (E-voting) at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
