Tirupati Forge Q4FY26 PAT Declines to INR 15.2 Mn

Tirupati Forge reported Q4FY26 revenue of INR 430.3 Mn and PAT of INR 15.2 Mn, with FY26 revenue increasing to INR 1,659.4 Mn from INR 1,162.9 Mn in FY25.
The company successfully commissioned its defence plant, completed hot trials, and expects commercial production of 155 MM M107 shells to commence in Q2FY27.
The defence vertical is projected to generate annual revenues of ~INR 2500 Mn with EBITDA margins above 40% at full utilization, with full impact from FY28.
A new solar power plant is expected to deliver annual cost savings of ~INR 20 Mn, supporting operational efficiency alongside the defence facility commissioning.
