Tokmanni Q2 2026 Financial Results

Tokmanni reported second‑quarter 2026 revenue of EUR 457.70 million, representing a 3.3 % increase over the same quarter a year earlier, but this figure fell short of the consensus estimate of EUR 462.40 million compiled from five analysts. Like‑for‑like sales grew modestly by 0.30 % during the quarter.

Adjusted earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to EUR 21 million, a slight decline compared with the prior‑year period. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) were EUR 55.60 million. The company recorded a loss per share of EUR 0.44.

Profitability was pressured by the Dollarstore segment, where higher operating expenses and non‑cash impairments offset the segment’s revenue growth. The overall revenue increase was supported by the company’s low‑price programme applied across all markets, and the Tokmanni Klubi loyalty programme helped strengthen customer engagement and contributed to the sales uplift.

Tokmanni reaffirmed its full‑year 2026 revenue guidance of EUR 1,780 million to EUR 1,860 million. For the full year, the retailer expects comparable EBIT to lie between EUR 85 million and EUR 105 million. The company also indicated that preparations for the upcoming autumn and Christmas seasons are progressing as planned.
