Total Transport Systems Limited Q1 FY27 Financial Results

On 10 August 2026, Total Transport Systems Limited (NSE: TOTAL), a leading international logistics company, released its unaudited results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, marking a strong start to FY27.

Revenue from Operations reached ₹193.6 crore, representing a 31.3% year‑on‑year increase from ₹147.4 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 25.1% rise from ₹154.7 crore in Q4 FY26. EBITDA climbed to ₹6.5 crore, up 48.3% YoY from ₹4.4 crore, lifting the EBITDA margin to 3.3% (an improvement of 252 basis points YoY and 38 basis points QoQ). EBIT rose to ₹6.6 crore, a 34.0% YoY increase from ₹4.9 crore, with the EBIT margin expanding to 3.4% (up 248 basis points YoY and 9 basis points QoQ).

Profit after tax (PAT) grew to ₹4.1 crore, a 40.5% YoY jump from ₹2.9 crore, delivering a PAT margin of 2.1% (up 195 basis points YoY and 14 basis points QoQ). Earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹2.55, up 40.9% from ₹1.81 in the comparable quarter last year. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share for FY26.

He highlighted that the revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and PAT improvement reflect continued focus on operational efficiency, cost discipline, and reliable logistics solutions.
