The meeting is being convened in terms of Regulation 29(1) (a) & (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

1. To approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with taking on record the limited review report of the Statutory Auditor.
