Corporate Actions:

  • Bonus Issue: During the six months ended 30th September 2026, the Company issued 1 (One) bonus share for every 2 (Two) shares held. The EPS for all reporting periods has been adjusted for this bonus issue.
  • Debenture Redemption: During FY22, the Company had issued 5000 Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of ₹10 lakhs each (₹500 Cr total) on a private placement basis @ 5.78% p.a. These were redeemed on 29th May 2026.
