Trio Mercantile & Trading Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the adjournment of its board meeting scheduled for November 5, 2026.
The board meeting was originally convened to consider, approve, and take on record the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015.
The meeting could not be conducted due to want of quorum. Consequently, the board meeting has been adjourned to Friday, November 6, 2026, for the same agenda items, including consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the specified period.
The company will submit the financial results to the stock exchange subsequently, in accordance with the requirements of the listing regulations.
Additionally, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed as per the previous intimation dated September 26, 2026. The closure will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
