1. Approval of Financial Results

The Board of Directors approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026. The results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, M/s Mahendra N. Shah & Co. Chartered Accountants (FRN:105775W).

The Audit Committee reviewed and recommended the financial results prior to Board approval. The results will be available on the BSE website (www.bseindia.com) and the company website (www.trustedgecapital.in).

In terms of Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, the Company will publish an extract of the Un-Audited Financial Results.

2. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Suraj Bhadoriya as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company effective October 26, 2026. The appointment was made based on recommendations from both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.

Profile of Mr. Suraj Bhadoriya:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (qualified May 2022)
  • Over four years of post-qualification experience
  • Expertise in corporate finance, Ind AS financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and treasury management
  • Previously held strategic financial positions at Vishakha Group and Astral Pipes Limited
  • Core competencies include financial planning and analysis, corporate compliance, risk management, credit assessment, and cross-functional financial strategy
  • Experience with digital transformation, automation, and advanced data analytics platforms including SAP S/4HANA
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree with First Class from Gujarat University
