TTK Prestige FY26 Net Profit ₹185.5cr, Recommends ₹7.50 Dividend

TTK Prestige Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting FY26 net profit of ₹185.47 crore.
Board recommended a final dividend of ₹7.50 per share (750%) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 4, 2026.
Appointed Ms. Jayanthi Hari as Cost Auditor, M/s. S Viswanathan LLP as Internal Auditor, and Mr. R V Krishnan as Tax Auditor for FY 2026-27.
Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.
