Ultracab India FY26 Net Profit Declines 42.5% YoY

Ultracab India reported audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, with FY26 net profit of ₹558.81 lakh, down 42.5% from previous year.
The Board approved reappointments of three auditors: internal auditor Adv. Adarsh Gohel, tax auditor M/s. Bhavin Associates, and cost auditor M/s. Niketan Govindbhai Tadhani & Co.
Company's revenue from operations increased to ₹26,010.08 lakh in FY26 from ₹23,943.38 lakh in FY25, while borrowings rose to ₹4,432.59 lakh from ₹3,256.99 lakh.
Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results, confirming compliance with accounting standards and SEBI listing regulations.
