The company completed the acquisition of Willow Gourmet Private Limited (ice-cream brand 'Omm Nom Nomm'), recognizing ₹103 million in goodwill. ESOPs were repriced twice during the year, with exercise prices adjusted to ₹173.89 per option. Implementation of new Labour Codes resulted in additional provisions of ₹55.13 million for gratuity and ₹19.58 million for long-term compensated absences.
