Uno Minda Q4 FY26 PAT Up 22% YoY

Uno Minda reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹5,336 Cr, an 18% YoY growth, and PAT of ₹326 Cr, up 22%.
FY26 normalized revenue reached ₹19,589 Cr (17% growth) with normalized PAT at ₹1,166 Cr, a 24% YoY increase.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share, bringing the total FY26 dividend to ₹2.65 per share.
Management highlighted strong growth across core and emerging products and plans for 7 new project lines in FY27.
