Usha Martin reported Q4 FY26 revenue growth of 9.3% YoY to ₹979 crore with operating EBITDA margin expanding 600 bps to 21.6%.
Full-year FY26 operating cash flow was ₹736 crore, achieving 104% conversion of EBITDA, while capex of ₹198 crore was fully funded internally.
The company strengthened its balance sheet, moving to a net cash position of ₹332 crore in FY26 from net debt of ₹63 crore in FY25.
Management cited improved product mix, cost discipline, and growth in high-performance ropes and international business (57% of revenue) as key drivers.
