V-Guard Q4 Revenue Up 14.1%, PAT Grows 23%

V-Guard reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,755.27 cr, a 14.1% YoY growth, and PAT of ₹112.13 cr, up 23.0% YoY.
Full-year FY26 revenue grew 7.0% to ₹5,965.78 cr, but PAT declined 1.7% to ₹308.33 cr due to a one-time Labour Code impact.
Managing Director Mithun Chittilappilly cited robust performance in electronics & electrical segments despite West Asia war challenges.
Segment-wise, Electricals revenue grew 15.9% in Q4, while Consumer Durables saw a marginal 4.1% growth.
