Event Overview

The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of VA TECH WABAG LIMITED was held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 4:30 PM IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting was conducted in compliance with MCA General Circular Nos. 03/2025, 09/2024, 14/2020 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/133 dated October 03, 2024.

Meeting Proceedings

The AGM was chaired by Mr. Rajiv Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director. Other participants included Executive Directors cum Promoters, other Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Secretarial Auditors, Scrutinizer for e-Voting, Internal Auditors, Cost Auditor, Statutory Auditors, and management team members.

The Company Secretary confirmed that the Notice of the 31st AGM along with Audited Financial Statements (standalone and consolidated) for FY ended March 31, 2026, Board's Report, Auditors' Report, and other reports were dispatched to members within stipulated time.

Voting Process

Remote e-Voting was conducted through NSDL platform from August 7, 2026 (9:00 AM IST) to August 11, 2026 (5:00 PM IST) for members holding equity shares as of cutoff date August 5, 2026. Mr. M. Damodaran of M/s M. Damodaran & Associates LLP was appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-Voting process. The combined results of remote e-Voting and e-Voting during AGM were to be intimated to stock exchanges within two working days and uploaded on company website (www.wabag.com) and NSDL website (www.evoting.nsdl.com).
