Vaibhav Global FY26 Net Profit Rises 74% YoY

Board approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2026.
Recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share, bringing total FY26 dividend to ₹6.00 per share.
Consolidated net profit for FY26 stood at ₹266.13 crore, up 74% from ₹153.14 crore in FY25.
The 37th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 4th August 2026.
