Vallabh Steels Limited has provided a revised intimation regarding the adjournment of its Board Meeting originally scheduled for 10th August, 2026. The meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 11th August, 2026 due to unavoidable administrative reasons.
The Board Meeting will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at G.T. Road, Village Pawa, Sahnewal, Ludhiana-141 120, Punjab, India. The primary agenda remains unchanged: to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
All other terms and contents of the earlier intimation dated 3rd August, 2026 remain unchanged.
The company also confirmed the continuation of the Trading Window closure for all Designated Persons under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The closure period is from 1st July, 2026 to 13th August, 2026 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will reopen on Friday, 14th August, 2026.
