Property Location: Survey No. 35, Hissa No. 10, Survey No 56, Plot No 49, Lohop Village, Khalapur Taluka, Raigad District, Thane- 410 220
Minimum Consideration: ₹12,82,40,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crores Eighty Two Lakhs Forty Thousand only), inclusive of Stamp Duty to be paid by the vendors
Authorization Details
Mr. Rajesh Babu Lal Vardhan, Director of the Company, was authorized to:
- Negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of the sale
- Identify and finalize the purchaser
- Execute Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed and all related documents
- Appear before Sub-Registrar or governmental authorities for registration
- Present documents for registration, admit execution, receive sale consideration
- Appoint advocates, solicitors, consultants as required
- Perform all necessary acts to complete the property sale
