Vardhman Special Steels FY26 PAT Up 31% to Rs 122 Cr

Vardhman Special Steels reported FY26 PAT of Rs 122.02 crore, up 31.08% YoY, with EBITDA reaching Rs 208.82 crore.
The company achieved sales volume of 2,25,620 tonnes in FY26 and recommended a dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share.
Q4 FY26 performance showed strong growth with PAT up 72.20% YoY to Rs 33.98 crore and volumes reaching 59,370 tonnes.
Management highlighted debt-free status, solar plant commissioning, and capacity expansion to 270,000 tonnes as key milestones.
