Vardhman Textiles Q4 PAT Down 22% YoY

Vardhman Textiles reported Q4 FY26 standalone PAT of ₹179 crore, a 22% YoY decline, with total income at ₹2,512 crore.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹354 crore with a margin of 14.1%, down 171 basis points from the previous year.
The company commenced commercial production at two new units in March FY26, adding 31 MM p.a. processing and 18 MM p.a. technical textiles capacity.
Board approved expansion of garment unit capacity from 2.2 million to 4.5 million shirts p.a. with an investment of ₹125 crore.
