(erstwhile joint venture). This relates to ongoing arbitration proceedings initiated by Beste Motor Co. Ltd. and TYC Brother Industrial Co. Ltd. alleging breach of Transition Management Agreement.
The company also faces arbitration from OPmobility Lighting Holding, France claiming US$66.41 million plus legal costs for alleged breaches of covenants under the Securities Purchase Agreement.
