Vedanta Q4 PAT Jumps 89% YoY to ₹9,352 Crore

Vedanta reported record Q4 FY26 consolidated PAT of ₹9,352 crore, up 89% YoY, with revenue at ₹51,524 crore (+29% YoY).
Full-year FY26 performance hit all-time highs: PAT ₹25,096 crore (+22% YoY), revenue ₹1,74,075 crore (+15% YoY), and EBITDA ₹55,976 crore (+29% YoY).
The company's demerger into six separate entities is effective from May 1, 2026, following a board-approved investment of ₹14,918 crore in growth capex for FY26.
