The meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 03:00 P.M. at the company's Corporate Office located at 4th Floor, Plot No. 10, Days Hotel, Airport Plaza Scheme, Behind Hotel Radisson Blu, Tonk Road, Durgapura, Jaipur - 302018.
The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the company's Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended September 30th, 2026 (Q2 FY26).
The company also confirms that the Trading Window for dealing in the company's shares for designated persons (as per the company's Code of Conduct under SEBI Insider Trading Regulations) has been closed since Thursday, October 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until Sunday, November 8, 2026 (48 hours after the board meeting), both days inclusive.
