Vidya Wires reported FY26 revenue growth of 24.2% to ₹18,396.4 million and an EBITDA margin of 4.66%, a 35 bps YoY improvement.
The company commenced operations at its new ALCU Industries subsidiary in February 2026, adding 6,000 tons of capacity for high-margin products targeting EV and renewable sectors.
Management outlined plans to ramp total capacity to 36,000 tons by Diwali 2026 and aims for a 75% domestic and 25% export revenue mix in the future.
IPO proceeds were used to fund the ALCU expansion and repay ₹100 crore of working capital debt, strengthening the balance sheet.
