The order approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Arcbolt Space and Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Successful Resolution Applicant) for Vikas WSP Limited, making the approved Resolution Plan effective from 09.09.2026.

During implementation phase, the company's affairs, business and assets are managed by a Monitoring Committee (constituted as per criteria in the approved Resolution Plan) through Insolvency Professional Mr. Darshan Singh Anand acting as Chairman of the Monitoring Committee.
