Going Concern Assumption
Auditors draw attention to Note No. 4 regarding company's ability to continue as going concern. Company has not carried out regular business operations and its net worth has been eroded, which may cast significant doubt on its ability to continue as going concern. However, pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by NCLT, company has been taken over by new promoters and management who intend to revive operations and introduce new business opportunities. Accordingly, financial results have been prepared on going concern basis.
