Vishal Mega Mart reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹3,114 crore, up 22.2% YoY, with a PAT of ₹168 crore, surging 45.9% YoY.
Full-year FY26 revenue reached ₹12,906 crore, a 20.4% growth, with a PAT of ₹839 crore and an EBITDA margin of 10.2%.
The company expanded aggressively, adding 105 new stores in FY26, taking the total count to 795 stores across 535 cities.
Management outlined a strategy to cushion consumers from inflation by maintaining private brand discounts, which contribute 74.1% to revenue.
