- Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sumish S. Mody (DIN: 00318652) as Managing Director for a further term of five consecutive years with effect from 1st November 2026, subject to approval by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and other statutory/regulatory approvals.
- Recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Miten Sudhir Mody (DIN: 02422219) as Director, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-appointment at the ensuing AGM under Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
